Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of milk
Instructions: Mix and microwave for two minutes. Mix, then, back into the microwave for a minute.
Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
- 1 apple chopped into little pieces
- 2 tablespoons of your choice of flour
- ¼ cups of rolled or quick oats
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 dash of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, brown sugar, or stevia
Instructions: Mix and microwave for two minutes. Mix, then, back into the microwave for a minute.
Brownies
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pieces of chocolate or cocoa powder or Nutella
- Microwave for 30 seconds (or until it’s melted). Then, add:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- Drop of vanilla
- Drop of milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions: Microwave for a minute.
Baked Cheesecake
Ingredients for the cake:
- 4 tablespoons of soft cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Ingredients for the crust:
- 4 tablespoons graham crackers
- 1 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions: Microwave 15 seconds three times. Chill and serve.
